Over these two days, we will create a nurturing space for you to slow down and listen. Through practices like Heart Connection, guided reflection, and journaling, you'll have the opportunity to explore what's on your heart and find a deeper sense of peace. We will also incorporate different forms of yoga—including YogaFaith , Face Yoga, Pelvic floor, Restorative and Meditation—to help you connect with your body and spirit in a gentle, meaningful way.
