MEMBERSHIP TERMS & AGREEMENT

Memberships run on a month-to-month basis with no extended contracts. First month’s payment is required to sign up and is not refundable or transferable. Membership commences on the date of sign up and monthly amount will be charged on that date of month each month unless otherwise noted.

Member agrees to leave a valid credit card on file and authorizes Face Yoga Unveiled, LLC to charge this credit card an automatic withdrawal each month.

Face Yoga Unveiled, LLC reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement at any time. The full terms of this agreement, updated with any changes, is located at faceyogaunveiled.com/membership-terms. Please check regularly for any agreement changes to ensure that you’re familiar with the most current version.

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

With an active Face Yoga Unveiled Membership, you’ll enjoy:

Unlimited Face Yoga prerecorded videos each month. Choose videos from the following categories: Forehead & Eye Area, Cheek & Mouth Area, and Jaw & Neck Area listed on our website in Memberships. Does not include pre-registered or specialty classes, workshops or special events. Class schedule is subject to change without notice. Please check our website for the latest updates.

Ability to pause your membership for up to 60 days in a 12 month period with written notice by emailing faceyogaunveiled@gmail.com.

Cancel your membership before your next billing cycle by emailing faceyogaunveiled@gmail.com.

MEMBERSHIP – TERM, CANCELLATIONS, and AUTO-PAYMENTS

You agree to leave a valid credit card on file with Face Yoga Unveiled, and authorize Face Yoga Unveiled to charge your card automatically each month. If your card number changes, expires, or you have a change of address, you must notify us in writing at faceyogaunveiled@gmail.com before your next scheduled monthly payment so that we can update your information. Face Yoga Unveiled reserves the right to cancel your membership after any unsuccessful charge attempt. Face Yoga Unveiled is not responsible for any fees assessed by your bank or credit card provider for lack of funds, overcharges, or any other fees.

Your membership will auto-renew each month indefinitely until you cancel your month-to-month contract. You can cancel your membership free of charge anytime with written notice to faceyogaunveiled@gmail.com. All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-payment has gone through under any circumstances.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to faceyogaunveiled@gmail.com.

PAUSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Need a temporary break from your practice? Whatever the case may be, we’re happy to pause your Membership for up to 60 days in any 12-month period. Kindly email your Pause Request to faceyogaunveiled@gmail.com before your desired pause start date. This option allows you to maintain any discounts associated with your membership.

I voluntarily agree to participate in the activities being provided by Face Yoga Unveiled,LLC and Marylou Moglia. I understand that if for any reason I am unable to or think it unwise to engage in any activity being suggested by Face Yoga Unveiled,LLC and Marylou Moglia, I am under no obligation to engage in such activity nor will I hold Face Yoga Unveiled,LLC and Marylou Moglia, or its respective agents (i.e., directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, service providers and any third parties acting on its behalf), liable for any damage, injury or harm sustained from choosing to engage in any activity. I also understand that there are unanticipated risks during any activity. I hereby assume all risks of injury to me and my property, which may be sustained in connection with these activities. Any costs incurred for such services are my sole responsibility. I understand that my participation in any activity is at the discretion of Face Yoga Unveiled,LLC and Marylou Moglia. If, in the opinion of Face Yoga Unveiled,LLC and Marylou Moglia, I am unable to continue in an activity for any reason, I may be asked to stop or leave. By pressing “I agree” below, I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to this document and that I have had the opportunity to ask Face Yoga Unveiled,LLC and Marylou Moglia any further questions I may have had related to this document prior to pressing “I agree” below. I also represent that I am of legal age and signing this document of my own free will.
