If you are wondering where your cheekbones went or felt like you’ve never had them then this is your series. No matter your face shape, a sculpted cheek area can be yours “Naturally”. Are your cheekbones uneven? Mouth asymmetrical? Learn possible reasons Why and techniques to even them out!
Yes! Your cheeks are an integral part of the structure of your face. This set of muscles connect with your mouth and eye area. So that as you strengthen and build them up there is a natural lift to your entire face. Your sinus area is behind your cheek area. You are either all too aware of it due to allergies, congestions, inflammation, etc.. or really don’t care.
Either way as you release tension in these areas the benefits include better breathing, circulation, headache reduction, a more even and pleasing smile, reduction of smoker lines, beginning jaw release, etc... using a variety of techniques.
