I hope this finds you well and staying cool with out August heat. Hopefully, you have been safe from any wildfire danger. Many areas have been ravaged by the fires, homes lost, along with loved ones. If you are a prayer warrior I encourage you to lift up the firefighters and all those who have experienced loss during this season.

It definitely is "Back to School' time, school parking lots are filling up, school supplies are on sale and families are shopping for things needed to begin a new school year. Even though we have summer heat there's this shift in the sun, lovely cool nights, and a knowing that Fall is on the way.

We have been busy building a Greenhouse. It has been challenging and fun as we figure it out, take things apart, redo, start again, etc.... Thankfully my husband Al has all the tools needed and is clever and mechanical.

On Wednesday, September 6th Face Yoga Classes resume. Note that the in person Forehead, brow, & eye area series has been updated with a new location and a Free Bonus Gua sha class for the upper face!
